Shipping Coverage 

We offer free shipping to all serviceable pin codes within India. Please note that international shipping is not available at this time. 

Order Processing Timeline 

Once your order is confirmed, it is usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order and shipping details. 

Delivery Timeline 

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch. 
     
  • We make every effort to ensure that your men’s and women’s accessories arrive on time and in excellent condition. 
     
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and local courier operations. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package: 

  • Our courier partner will make up to two additional delivery attempts. 

     
  • If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse. 

     
  • Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, and additional shipping charges may apply in certain cases. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

  1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. 
  2. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, kindly provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. 
  3. In the event of a lost shipment, we will work with our courier partner to verify the situation and arrange a replacement or process a refund as appropriate.

Some items, especially bulky or fragile products, may have specific shipping requirements or delivery restrictions.
